Al-Wave Governorate was established on June 24, 2006, the sixth governorate to be created after WPS LOL, Al-Plasma, Al-Xyij, Al-Kremisi and Al-Xeon and includes 10 cities (divided for a total of 57 districts and 4 uninhabited desert areas for a total of 11 total areas of the entire governorate which is divided into 2 parts where the capital is located in the western area of the country while the rest of the governorate is located in the eastern part of the country east of the Mountain range dividing Al-Plasma and Al-Wave Governorates. Al-Wave Governorate has a population of 7.25 million inhabitants and has an area of 16,711 sq km (it is the largest and most populated Governorate in the country) and is located in 2 areas (the capital is located in the north -west of the country to the west of the fuchsia-black river and facing the Mediterranean Sea while the rest of the governorate is an enclave located in the east of the country to the east of the Mountain Range that divides the 2 Governorates), the city of Al-Wave was established in 1982 (although the old city dates from 1918 while the new city was built between 2012 and 2015 (with some areas built between 1992 and 2006)); for the rest there are 8 other cities: 'Athar (founded in 1967, in this city there is a fortress used by the Ottomans and then by the British), always in the same year the cities of Waraqatan will be founded in the central-southern part of the country, Hillah (in the central part of the country which will be a strategic city, Sabikat (in the north-central part) and finally the cities of Beamoz (north-east), Al-Spektro (south-east) and Deir Shula (City of 'Extreme East of the country where nearby there is both the Eastern Port of WPS LOL Republic used mainly for military matters and Al-Wave Airport which does both civilian and military flights) and Safira (Extreme South-East) which will be founded in the period of greatest British expansion in the WPS LOL Republic at least until 1980 after which there will be the counterattack of the Italian-Arab rebels. Al-Plasma Governorate (muhafazat albalazma) was established on February 15, 2006, the second governorate to be created after WPS LOL and includes 8 cities and 1 uninhabited desert area for a total of 7 total areas of the entire governorate, a starting from 2015 the homonymous governorate became autonomous thanks to an administrative decree signed by the WPS LOL Admin. in addition to having a special status, in 2020 the Autonomous Administration Team Plasma (i.e. an autonomous regional government) will be created. The Al-Plasma Governorate has a population of 6.15 million inhabitants (second in population and extension) and has an area of 10,702 sq km and is located in the central area of the country, the capital was established in 1947 (despite the old city dates back to 1570 while the new city was built between 2014 and 2019, other districts were built between 1942 and 1989, where subsequently between 1990 and 2005 the northern (excluding the administrative district) and central districts were completely destroyed from the conflict while the southern ones had suffered little damage, subsequently rebuilt with huge investments), as of 2015 it is an autonomous governorate with a local government; in addition to Al-Plasma there are 5 other cities all located in the rest of the Governorate: Taqat (located southeast of Al-Plasma and dates back to 1825 and was founded by the Ottomans but the Ottoman influence was weak in this area and then it was abandoned in 1860 also due to military disputes and the renunciation of the Ottomans to conquer Al-Plasma at the time; the city is part of the Greater Al-Plasma); Almas (located north of Al-Plasma and dates back to 1952 created by the British, it was a strategic city as it connected Al-Xeon to Al-Xyij passing through the eastern desert near Al-Plasma and it was an area that changed hands militarily from various times where it was often bombed by the rebels, in 1985 it was abandoned by the British now too exposed and after heavy losses), Sahra' Al-Haql (located in the extreme north of the governorate, it was a city created by the Ottomans with a good Turkish influence of this area and dates back to 1630, a city that has always been conservative where it is one of the very few cities where the Green Conservative Party (GCP) still holds, they have always considered themselves Ottomans and Turks as there is a large minority left where they have always had a conservative role in the region but very isolated as the city is inside a mountain of a mountain range of the Northern Plateau; ), Xarent (located in the extreme south of the governorate, dates from 1972 and has been a city used as a springboard for Arab reconquest of the country, today it is a city with a strong economy thanks also to its strategic position on the Black-Fuchsia Gulf); Al-Ssuda' (located in the northern part of the governorate and an oil city where there are oil and gas wells in the subsoil of this area and dates back to 1984) and Mutaeaddid Al-Alwan (city located in the center of the governorate close to the capital which is located in the southwest, founded in 1995); there is also a periphery close to the mountain range in the center of the country which separates the governorates of Al-Plasma and Al-Wave; while in 2020 another city was created: Merano (reference to the Italian city in Trentino as it represents a member of the WPS LOL: Andrea Merano). Al-Plasma is the industrial capital of the country, from its establishment until the 2000s it was one of the poorest cities in the country then it had an economic, demographic and urban explosion during the reconstruction becoming the third richest city in the country and the third richest populated and is a city in constant evolution, becoming an industrial pole of the Mediterranean. In September 2020 the WPS LOL approved the institutional decree for the creation of the Greater Al-Plasma (Al-Plasma Metropolitan Area) which includes, in addition to the capital Al-Plasma, the cities of Taqat, Almas and Mutaeaddid Al-Alwan; but it will not have an official institution but only a formal one as an administrative order therefore there will not be a metropolitan mayor and it will be managed in coordination of the Mayor of Al-Plasma and the mayors of Taqat, Almas and Mutaeaddid Al-Alwan. WPS LOL to strengthen the autonomy of the special statutes has decided to create the Team Plasma Autonomous Administration which will manage the Regional Government of the Al-Plasma Governorate, where due to the 2015 decree where this governorate has become autonomous as well as possessing the Special Statute in 2019. In June 2022 due to a decree that deals with territorial disputes in enclaves and exclaves it was decided to return the district which is physically located in the capital WPS LOL City close to the International Airport to the capital where it was militarily occupied by Al-Plasma during the war of independence, where in that period of early summer although it is an uninhabited area it was returned to WPS LOL City where the Black-Fuchsia River will extend in that area; towards the end of 2022, an area in the extreme north of the Governorate is ceded, i.e. the area of Al-Khayal which has been ceded to Zone 8; the WPS LOL in 2023 decided for the creation of a new large city north of Sahra' Al-Haql or in Al-Khayal which will become a city that will be part of the Zone 8 Governorate and the area of Sahra' Al-Haql will be decommissioned by 2026 where a city of about 180,000 inhabitants could empty where the WPS LOL will no longer send funding to this now historic city with no future. The Administrative Palace is located in the northernmost part of the metropolis located near an area between the Mediterranean coast and the black-fuchsia river where an artificial lake has been created at the Al-Plasma HQ (administrative area) district. The languages spoken in the Governorate are Arabic and Italian (the latter has been spoken since the 1990s during a strong immigration from Italy or Arab and European countries where Italian is quite widespread both due to proximity and colonial past where at least 45% of inhabitants speak Italian or are Italian-speaking, while English is widely used although it is not the official language of this governorate (it is mainly used as a commercial and vehicular language). Al-Kremisi Governorate (muhafazat al-qirmizii) was established on April 14, 2006, the fourth governorate to be created after WPS LOL, Al-Plasma and Al-Xyij and includes 7 cities and a small desert and mountainous peripheral area but without administratively uninhabited areas (although there are almost uninhabited suburbs in the western and central part of the governorate. Al-Kremisi Governorate has a population of 3.08 million and has an area of 3,945 sq km and is located in the southwest area of the country west of the black-fuchsia river, the capital Al-Kremisi was established in 1972 (although the old city dates back to 1750 while the new city was built between 2013 and 2017 in the southern part of the governorate), besides Al-Kremisi there are other cities that were founded in the period between 1650 and 1785 namely: Al-Tanin, Qurmuzi, Raqqa, Zihria, Famm Tanin and Mintaqat Nusar (all these cities are part of Al-Kremisi suburb and were founded just before Al-Kremisi old city) during the Ottoman rule. Between 1990 and 2010 there was a rebel group of some ex-revolutionary factions who didn't agree with the new republic of WPS LOL, where they were very present in Al-Kremisi suburb, after the black-fuchsia revolution, the rebel groups (partly Islamist) were eradicated with an improvement in local conditions (where most of them came from ghettos and slums). The Administrative Palace is located in the Al-Kremisi North area at the Al-Kremisi HQ district located in the city center of Al-Kremisi North and is a building in the shape of a Crimson Dragon (inspired by a Creature from some Japanese anime). The languages spoken in the governorate are Arabic and Italian (the latter has been spoken since the 1990s during Italian immigration from Italian-speaking or Italian-speaking countries, at least 40% of the governorate speaks Italian but only in the eastern part of the governorate and in the south-western area (while in the western area Italian is almost non-existent as the presence of Italians is scarce). In 2021, Al-Kremisi Governorate HQ was built in Al-Kremisi South. Q: What is WPS LOL?
A: WPS LOL is a project created by some Italians and Arabs from Iraq but also from Italy and Libya in an attempt to build an artificial country in the Mediterranean that has the phoenix and dragon as symbols (the sacred animals of WPS LOL ), the WPS LOL project is to build a new free, democratic and secular world where all inhabitants have the right to democratic values where money is distributed according to needs where poverty is zero with variable taxation based on the income of each citizen.
Q: How was WPS LOL in the beginning?

Q: What is the purpose of WPS LOL?
A: Creating a perfect world where each of us can live without disadvantages, but above all a democratic and secular world where religion does not interfere with the public sphere and politics of a country, but above all a democratic world where socialism is the master where in our opinion democracy is not only the freedom of opinion, expression and being free to do what we want but also the right to have a home, a job, free healthcare and free education but of course WPS LOL does not speak only about Democracy and Politics but also of Entertainment such as Video Games, Computer Technologies and New Energies such as Plasma and much more.
Q: What is the WPS LOL Policy based on?
A: Our Policy is inspired by Arab Socialism or the Baath Party (Ba'th) which is the Socialist Party in the Arab World which has a Left-wing collocation which unites Monopartism, National Socialism, Arab Nationalism, Panarism, Arab Socialism and Secularism; obviously we at WPS LOL are inspired by a more democratic current than the Baath where we want to unite Arab Socialism with a Marxist Democracy where West and East can be united by rejecting Western Capitalism and dictatorships based on religion; The WPS LOL Party is not a Communist party or even an Extreme Left but it is a Left party that wants to unite Socialism with Democracy where West and East can coexist without problems.
Q: How much would it cost to fund the WPS LOL Project?
A: Considering that we will have to build an artificial country on the Mediterranean Sea where we will also have to pay for many types of building materials: plains, deserts, buildings, skyscrapers, roads, infrastructures and much more where we also need permits and international agreements could require around 200,000 billions of euros to be paid in 50 years where we will have to find oil wells, gold bars and create a monetary fund for investment and development where we will be able to make agreements with the Arab League or in any case with Arab countries and invest in countries rich in natural resources but we will have to also pay designers and experts in the building and construction sector, obviously we do not intend only to invest in foreign countries to finance our project but we also want to create money with our own strength where, in addition to focusing heavily on Mining via the Internet to create digital money, in these years we have been studying new energies which is not only the Solar but also the Lunar energy where by exploiting an inverse effect we can transform the energy of the Night into electricity but in addition to this we are studying the Plasma Energy where we want to build some weapons military for the military defense of our future country but we will also use Plasma for civilian purposes where by creating our special energy we could sell it abroad to other countries making a profit where we will sell a sphere of Plasma Energy for 50 billion € for each Radius, obviously starting from 2014 we have been testing another new energy or Chaos which, unlike Plasma which has a Blue color, the latter has a Fuchsia color which is generated with Energy Waves produced both by Plasma and by other Energies where the waves of Energy are amplified creating electricity and very high thanks to the Energy Waves (Waves of Energy).
Q: What languages will be spoken in the WPS LOL country?
A: Italian, Arabic and English: the first 2 are official languages as the WPS LOL Project is created by Italians and Arabs or by Italian-Arabs however English will be an official language only in the capital of the country and will be used for exchanges trade and foreign policy even if we do not support English imperialism and all the crimes against humanity committed by Great Britain and the United States of America throughout their history but unfortunately English is a world language and we cannot exclude it because it would be counterproductive.

To anyone! obviously the WPS LOL asks for requirements: you must be at least 14 years old, the project includes both boys and girls where you must initially register on the Site or on the Facebook FanPage, Youtube Channel and Istagram Account to follow the News on WPS LOL, after which you must write privately to WPS LOL asking to be part of the WPS LOL project; it is not mandatory to use real data, WPS LOL in total respect of Privacy and full transparency where WPS LOL will publicly put only the Nicknames of each Member of WPS LOL; obviously WPS LOL the only requisites it asks for: good knowledge in IT, expert in Technology, expert in Gaming (Videogames), expert in Marketing, expert in Graphics (Autocad), expert in Webmastering (creation of websites) and above all good knowledge of English in addition to this WPS LOL asks for the oath to the WPS LOL Republic where in case of problems or rules not respected the WPS LOL will expel the member from the Project arbitrarily.
