Al-Kremisi Governorate (muhafazat al-qirmizii) was established on April 14, 2006, the fourth governorate to be created after WPS LOL, Al-Plasma and Al-Xyij and includes 7 cities and a small desert and mountainous peripheral area but without administratively uninhabited areas (although there are almost uninhabited suburbs in the western and central part of the governorate.

Al-Kremisi Governorate has a population of 3.08 million and has an area of 3,945 sq km and is located in the southwest area of the country west of the black-fuchsia river, the capital Al-Kremisi was established in 1972 (although the old city dates back to 1750 while the new city was built between 2013 and 2017 in the southern part of the governorate), besides Al-Kremisi there are other cities that were founded in the period between 1650 and 1785 namely: Al-Tanin, Qurmuzi, Raqqa, Zihria, Famm Tanin and Mintaqat Nusar (all these cities are part of Al-Kremisi suburb and were founded just before Al-Kremisi old city) during the Ottoman rule.

Between 1990 and 2010 there was a rebel group of some ex-revolutionary factions who didn't agree with the new republic of WPS LOL, where they were very present in Al-Kremisi suburb, after the black-fuchsia revolution, the rebel groups (partly Islamist) were eradicated with an improvement in local conditions (where most of them came from ghettos and slums).

The Administrative Palace is located in the Al-Kremisi North area at the Al-Kremisi HQ district located in the city center of Al-Kremisi North and is a building in the shape of a Crimson Dragon (inspired by a Creature from some Japanese anime).

The languages spoken in the governorate are Arabic and Italian (the latter has been spoken since the 1990s during Italian immigration from Italian-speaking or Italian-speaking countries, at least 40% of the governorate speaks Italian but only in the eastern part of the governorate and in the south-western area (while in the western area Italian is almost non-existent as the presence of Italians is scarce).

In 2021, Al-Kremisi Governorate HQ was built in Al-Kremisi South.

Al-Kremisi Governors

The first Governor of Al-Kremisi was elected in 2008 with the Green Conservative Party where Sham Al-Crimson was the candidate (part of the Al-Crimson Dynasty which has existed since the time of the Kingdom of Al-Kremisi then abolished in the 1930s by the British rule) where won the first elections with 58% against 33% of the secular progressive candidate; in 2014 Eox Al-Qarmizi (local independent) was elected who was a candidate with 54% with a mixed coalition between independents and progressive secularists of the Black-Fuchsia Wave overcoming the outgoing conservatives who stop at 45% (down by -13% compared to previous elections); in 2016 the son of the outgoing president was elected, namely Andy Al-Qarmizi (secular, progressive and non-practicing Muslim) who won the elections with a clear 66% with a single party where he surpassed the green conservative coalition with only 28% delivering the Al-Kremisi governorship at WPS LOL; in 2022 the elections have not yet been carried out where they will wait for 2023, where the WPS LOL decided at the beginning of 2023 to put a local military council on hold for Elections which are not foreseen before Autumn.
