Al-Plasma Governorate (muhafazat albalazma) was established on February 15, 2006, the second governorate to be created after WPS LOL and includes 8 cities and 1 uninhabited desert area for a total of 7 total areas of the entire governorate, a starting from 2015 the homonymous governorate became autonomous thanks to an administrative decree signed by the WPS LOL Admin. in addition to having a special status, in 2020 the Autonomous Administration Team Plasma (i.e. an autonomous regional government) will be created.

The Al-Plasma Governorate has a population of 6.15 million inhabitants (second in population and extension) and has an area of 10,702 sq km and is located in the central area of the country, the capital was established in 1947 (despite the old city dates back to 1570 while the new city was built between 2014 and 2019, other districts were built between 1942 and 1989, where subsequently between 1990 and 2005 the northern (excluding the administrative district) and central districts were completely destroyed from the conflict while the southern ones had suffered little damage, subsequently rebuilt with huge investments), as of 2015 it is an autonomous governorate with a local government; in addition to Al-Plasma there are 5 other cities all located in the rest of the Governorate: Taqat (located southeast of Al-Plasma and dates back to 1825 and was founded by the Ottomans but the Ottoman influence was weak in this area and then it was abandoned in 1860 also due to military disputes and the renunciation of the Ottomans to conquer Al-Plasma at the time; the city is part of the Greater Al-Plasma); Almas (located north of Al-Plasma and dates back to 1952 created by the British, it was a strategic city as it connected Al-Xeon to Al-Xyij passing through the eastern desert near Al-Plasma and it was an area that changed hands militarily from various times where it was often bombed by the rebels, in 1985 it was abandoned by the British now too exposed and after heavy losses), Sahra' Al-Haql (located in the extreme north of the governorate, it was a city created by the Ottomans with a good Turkish influence of this area and dates back to 1630, a city that has always been conservative where it is one of the very few cities where the Green Conservative Party (GCP) still holds, they have always considered themselves Ottomans and Turks as there is a large minority left where they have always had a conservative role in the region but very isolated as the city is inside a mountain of a mountain range of the Northern Plateau; ), Xarent (located in the extreme south of the governorate, dates from 1972 and has been a city used as a springboard for Arab reconquest of the country, today it is a city with a strong economy thanks also to its strategic position on the Black-Fuchsia Gulf); Al-Ssuda' (located in the northern part of the governorate and an oil city where there are oil and gas wells in the subsoil of this area and dates back to 1984) and Mutaeaddid Al-Alwan (city located in the center of the governorate close to the capital which is located in the southwest, founded in 1995); there is also a periphery close to the mountain range in the center of the country which separates the governorates of Al-Plasma and Al-Wave; while in 2020 another city was created: Merano (reference to the Italian city in Trentino as it represents a member of the WPS LOL: Andrea Merano).

Al-Plasma is the industrial capital of the country, from its establishment until the 2000s it was one of the poorest cities in the country then it had an economic, demographic and urban explosion during the reconstruction becoming the third richest city in the country and the third richest populated and is a city in constant evolution, becoming an industrial pole of the Mediterranean.

In September 2020 the WPS LOL approved the institutional decree for the creation of the Greater Al-Plasma (Al-Plasma Metropolitan Area) which includes, in addition to the capital Al-Plasma, the cities of Taqat, Almas and Mutaeaddid Al-Alwan; but it will not have an official institution but only a formal one as an administrative order therefore there will not be a metropolitan mayor and it will be managed in coordination of the Mayor of Al-Plasma and the mayors of Taqat, Almas and Mutaeaddid Al-Alwan.

WPS LOL to strengthen the autonomy of the special statutes has decided to create the Team Plasma Autonomous Administration which will manage the Regional Government of the Al-Plasma Governorate, where due to the 2015 decree where this governorate has become autonomous as well as possessing the Special Statute in 2019.

In June 2022 due to a decree that deals with territorial disputes in enclaves and exclaves it was decided to return the district which is physically located in the capital WPS LOL City close to the International Airport to the capital where it was militarily occupied by Al-Plasma during the war of independence, where in that period of early summer although it is an uninhabited area it was returned to WPS LOL City where the Black-Fuchsia River will extend in that area; towards the end of 2022, an area in the extreme north of the Governorate is ceded, i.e. the area of Al-Khayal which has been ceded to Zone 8; the WPS LOL in 2023 decided for the creation of a new large city north of Sahra' Al-Haql or in Al-Khayal which will become a city that will be part of the Zone 8 Governorate and the area of Sahra' Al-Haql will be decommissioned by 2026 where a city of about 180,000 inhabitants could empty where the WPS LOL will no longer send funding to this now historic city with no future.

The Administrative Palace is located in the northernmost part of the metropolis located near an area between the Mediterranean coast and the black-fuchsia river where an artificial lake has been created at the Al-Plasma HQ (administrative area) district.

The languages spoken in the Governorate are Arabic and Italian (the latter has been spoken since the 1990s during a strong immigration from Italy or Arab and European countries where Italian is quite widespread both due to proximity and colonial past where at least 45% of inhabitants speak Italian or are Italian-speaking, while English is widely used although it is not the official language of this governorate (it is mainly used as a commercial and vehicular language).

Al-Plasma Governors

The First Governor of Al-Plasma was Damyat Al-Balyzm (descendant of the old Balazima dynasty who ruled the area of Al-Plasma from 1570 until 2005), who was elected with 52% of the votes with the Mixed Coalition between Islamic Democracy (now dissolved party) and Green Conservative Party (GCP) and ruled for 4 years where he had to challenge a strong progressive secular opposition made by Onda Fucsia (FWP) and the local Team Plasma Party (TPP); in 2012 the grey-fuchsia coalition made up of Team Plasma and Onda Fuchsia was elected which took 55% overcoming the 41% of the conservatives where Kevin Al-Zahara was elected who had 2 consecutive terms in the second round in 2015 he was re-elected until 2018 with 59% of the votes; in 2018 Andy Al-Plasma (footballer of WPS LOL Soccer and part of the staff of WPS LOL QG) was elected with a net 60% with the ground party Black Wave-Fuchsia where WPS LOL managed to snatch the entire governorate of Al- Plasma where he will govern until 2022, after which Andy Al-Plasma will become president of the republic and will leave the leadership of Governor of Al-Plasma; currently in 2022 the Governorate is without a governor as the elections have not yet been carried out where at the moment the Al-Plasma Governorate is led by a local military junta pending local elections.
