The WPS LOL Governorate was established on January 10, 2006 where the administrative subdivision of the WPS LOL Republic began, a few months after the end of the conflict it was the first governorate of the WPS LOL Republic and includes only the Capital: WPS LOL City without any other city of the same Governorate, in fact it is the only governorate without a governor where there is only the mayor who administers the city and the homonymous governorate unlike the other governorates (same thing for the Zone 8 Governorate), in 2020 due to a reform made by the WPS Presidency LOL, a desert part is added to the governorate close to Zone 8 where the desert area has been divided between the 2 governorates.

The WPS LOL Governorate has a population of 5.40 million inhabitants and has an area of 2,261 sq km and is located in an area of the central-western area of the country and the shape is a sort of strategic triangle where in 1990 it was established the administrative capital of WPS LOL City (although the old city dates back to 1545 while the new city was built between 1990 and 2020) where in addition to the city center between 2010 and 2021 the neighborhoods of the new city were built in the districts of Al-Platinum (financial and economic district) and Bab 'Iilah (district of the New city); with the administrative reform of 2021, the districts of Al-Platinum and Bab 'Ilah were divided and became: Green Platinum, Plasma Platinum, Purple Platinum, Sport City, Walteripolis, Phoenix, Reset Freedom, Twitch and Hangout.

The Administrative Palace in the exact center of WPS LOL City (in the WPS LOL QG district), the Government building is located inside the WPS LOL Kingdom Tower (the 1.3 km high skyscraper) and also the first built in the country it is of a multipurpose skyscraper where, in addition to being the parliament, there is also the apartment of the WPS LOL admin, the apartment of the mayor of WPS LOL City, the Quirinale (residence of the president of the republic) and it is a sort of city-palace and at its inside there is varied entertainment as a mixture of the cities of the whole country (where it is also possible to find Shops, Gaming Zones, Cinemas and much more).

WPS LOL City is the administrative capital of the country since the 1990s where it has had a mass migration from other poorer areas of the country (especially Al-Xeon which after the conflict between 1990 and 2005 emptied not only of population but also of infrastructures and factories that have all been transferred to this city) and also a migration from foreign countries (including Italy) where in 1991 it overtook Al-Xeon in terms of population, taking the record for the largest city in terms of population (at least until 2013 where it was then overtaken by Al-Wave until 2022 where then due to the decline of the metropolis between the Desert and the Mediterranean Sea, the capital returned again to the most populous city in the country).

The languages spoken in the governorate are Italian, Arabic and English (the latter is spoken only in the capital WPS LOL as a commercial language as it is rarely spoken in the rest of the country with the exception of the Al-Xeon Governorate where it was a fiefdom for decades English, but in many other areas of the country it is not widespread where only Italian and Arabic are spoken).

The geographical location is at the Golden Delta in the great desert plain located in the central-western part of the country.
